Jackee got her life long wish granted today when we took her to Sombreros in San Diego. Yes, it’s true she’s obsessed with Blink 182 since she was a little girl and now she can die happy. And we can have peace because she stopped talking about it! Last night we drove into San Diego pretty late and stayed at an awesome host’s house, Cio and his sister Nellie. They were generous and went above and beyond to make us all comfortable and feel at home. Grandma even made us breakfast in the morning and we had egg and rice tacos with bacon yum! It reminds me that there are good people in the world, a message that we carry in our music. With struggle and darkness there’s hope, and where there’s hope you find good and beauty.
